DELIVERY TIMES

Our warehouse is located near Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Order before 5:00PM (GMT+1) CET and your products will be shipped the same day. 

NL: 1-2 working days
BE: 1-2 working days
European Union: 2-4 working days 
(Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.)

Your shipping price and options will be displayed during the checkout. Customs, duties and taxes are included in our price and shipping costs. When placing an international order, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away.

RETURNS
We hope you fall in love with your Voyeurs items. If not, you can return the products within 14 days after receiving them. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn and in its original packaging. We also need a proof of purchase or receipt.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at support@thevoyeurs.shop if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it for you. Please contact us within 48 hours if this is the case.

TO MAKE A RETURN
You can request a return-form by emailing to support@thevoyeurs.shop. We will assist you with a fast return. Please make sure to attach this return-form to the package to make sure our warehouse is well informed. Note: returns without a form will not be accepted.

AFTER RETURNING
Once we've received your returned item(s), we will process it within 10 working days. Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. The Voyeurs is not responsible for lost returned packages. 

RETURN COSTS
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to The Voyeurs warehouse for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. The 14 day returns period applies only to the time in which a return must first be requested. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your returned item(s). 

REFUNDS
After you have received our form, and returned the products to our warehouse, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the products. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return has been accepted, you will receive your refund on your original payment method. Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange your ordered products for another item or size, you can best return your products and place a new order.


RETURNED TO SENDER OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
